Our relationship with an Affiliate Partner in your local area ^* enables us to offer a complete turnkey Design-Build service to our clients. Our Affiliate Partners are pre-approved and have required license and insurance. In addition, our Affiliate Carpenter Partners have completed a sample building workshop at either our PA/NJ location.

If you already have a builder/carpenter you prefer to work with we can coordinate the project with them as well. Many of our outbuilding kits have been assembled by non-affiliate partners without issue. With either our Affiliate Partners or your carpenter we monitor, consult, and review all aspects of construction. Our construction documents are presented in an easy-to-read and follow fashion. We also provide a time-lapse video link to one of our Building Workshops showing the process of assembling one of our Williamsburg Classic^® models from start to finish.
