Our Outbuilding Kits typically range in price from a small, basic model at $5,000 to a pool house at $20,000. Some models will fall outside of this range. Because no two buildings are exactly alike it is difficult to publish fixed pricing. Cost is a function of many factors including design, size and features. Once we know what your building specifications are—model, size, windows, doors, siding, roofing, and options—we are better able to provide you with a price estimate. We typically respond to price quotes within 24-48 hours of receipt.
